How Meg overcomes adversity in triathlon
Build and use your support network. I work with therapists with targeted expertise who help me recover, triage and manage soreness, keep mobility, and rehab from illness. I’m not afraid to change therapists or get a second opinion. This sport is a journey and it takes years of focused effort to reach new levels of strength and ability. Choosing to embrace a positive, grateful mindset every single day – that’s what gets me through the toughest sessions!
