Good morning everyone, and welcome to the bed head chronicles. Today, I’m following my amazing athlete on a hard run session. Yes, it is a beautiful day, but these guys are quite fatigued by this point in time this week. Some have raced last weekend. Some just had a big week in training.
So, what do you do when you’ve got a big task ahead, but you don’t feel great? You do the best that you can with what you have. And that’s what each and every one of these athletes are doing. You appreciate. You trade your expectation for appreciation, as what Tony Robbins says. And appreciate the fact that you can be out pushing yourself and being the best that you can be. You appreciate the beautiful view — this gift of life.
Do the best that you can with what you have at any given moment. And that’s living life to the fullest. So, everybody, have an amazing day. It doesn’t matter how you feel. We can control two things: your effort and your attitude. So have a great attitude, put in your best effort, and have an amazing day.
